1. Booking Process

  • Reservations can be confirmed via email, phone, WhatsApp, or our online platform.
  • To secure your booking, a 40% deposit of the total charter price is required.
  • The remaining balance must be received and reflected in our account prior to departure.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive full details of your charter experience.
  • Boarding is only permitted once full payment has been received and verified.
  • If payment has not been received by the departure time, the charter cannot proceed.

2. Inclusions

Each charter clearly outlines what is included in the price. Typical inclusions may be:

  • Private yacht or boat
  • Fuel & professional crew
  • Beverages (water, beer, soft drinks)
  • Snorkeling equipment
  • Music & entertainment
  • Hotel pick-up & drop-off (when stated)

Please review your specific booking confirmation for exact inclusions and optional extras.

3. Optional Add-Ons

To enhance your experience, we offer optional services such as:

  • Catering or onboard meals
  • Premium alcoholic beverages
  • Photographer or drone services
  • Celebration packages (birthday, proposal, wedding)
  • Hotel or Airbnb transportation (if not included)

These services must be requested in advance and may involve an additional fee.

4. Additional Costs

  • The charter includes only the services agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Any extra hours or special requests will be charged separately unless confirmed in writing.

5. Cancellation & Weather Policy

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Mechanical Issues:

  • If the vessel becomes unavailable before departure due to mechanical issues, we will offer the available replacement options.

Weather Guarantee:

  • If navigation is officially prohibited by the Armada de la República Dominicana, your charter will be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • Decisions by maritime or government authorities are final and binding.
  • Weather conditions that do not result in an official restriction do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

6. Safety Rules & Requirements

  • All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
  • Life jackets and safety equipment are available onboard.
  • Guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused boarding or removed without refund.
  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vessel due to negligence or misuse.

7. Liability

By participating in the charter, you acknowledge the inherent risks of marine activities. The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, port restrictions, or governmental orders
  • Mechanical issues or circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

This does not apply in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

8. Group Size & Capacity

  • Each yacht has a maximum passenger capacity. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that this limit is respected.
  • Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

9. Arrival & Timing

  • Clients must arrive on time at the agreed departure location.
  • Delays will not extend the charter duration or qualify for refunds.

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
  • Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Dominican Republic.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your reservation and making the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
